Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We offer standard and express shipping options.

Standard shipping: Delivery within 5-11 business days.

Express shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days.

3. Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are flat rate.

4. Shipping Locations:

We currently ship within Australia at the present time.

International locations are currently not available. We are working towards being able to do this for our clients in the near future.

5. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your order using the tracking number provided by Australia Post.

6. Delivery Addresses:

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for any delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

7. Delivery Delays:

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

9. Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns within 21 days of despatch. The item must be unused and in resealable condition.
